A 50% deposit is required at the time of your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to your event date. A $300 refundable security deposit is also required. We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, Cash App, and Zelle.

Can I bring in my own vendor, or are there preferred vendors I must use?
Yes, you may use your own vendors. We also offer a preferred vendors list for your convenience.
Yes, we have up front parking, we have a parking lot with 70+ spaces, and additional parking available across from venue.
Is there a curfew or time limit for events?
All events must end at midnight. The clean-up time is included. This time will be enforced by event attendant and / or security starting 1 hour before end time.
What is the cancelation policy?
No refunds on down payment. However, your event may be rescheduled to a later date within 365 days.
Is there a dedicated event coordinator or staff to assist with the planning?
We do have an event coordinator on site. For an additional cost, we will assist you with the planning of your event.
How early can I have access to the venue for setup?
Venue access time will vary depending on your package.
We have bar access available for clients. Alcohol is allowed. You must have a current licensed bartender to serve alcohol. There is absolutely NO selling of alcohol.
Are there any additional cost, such as cleaning fees, or security deposit?
We offer an additional cleaning fee of $150 if you do not wish to clean up. A $300 refundable is required.
